Cancellation and refund policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: 100% back. After that, no refund is due.

The climate levy
The climate resilience levy is a state tax, paid on to the government. It is refunded in full on any cancellation before arrival, regardless of the policy above, because no tax is due on a stay that never happened.
Leaving early
If you leave early once the stay has begun, unused nights are not refunded automatically. Get in touch, we look at each case on its own.
If we cancel
If for any reason we cannot host you, you receive 100% back, with no exceptions.
